Our Mission

Cultivate’s mission is to develop leaders who initiate Kingdom movements, spreading the Gospel to every corner of the earth. We are committed to prayer, listening to God’s voice and responding in humble obedience to whatever He calls us to do. We equip servant leaders with simple tools to make disciples among overlooked people groups. Our unique approach involves starting prayer initiatives, creating engagement ministries, starting discovery bible studies, and planting new churches.

Our Name

Cultivate36 comes from I Corinthians 3:6, where the Apostle Paul writes, “I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.” For us, this verse embodies the journey of cultivating leaders who initiate Kingdom movements.

Just as the seed of God’s word was planted by Paul, nurtured by Apollos’ teaching, and ultimately grew through God’s supernatural power, we recognize that each of us play a unique role in building the kingdom. Our goal is to empower individuals like you to listen for and respond to God’s voice. By cultivating leaders who are attuned to God’s Spirit, we’re partnering with Him to bring about transformation and renewal in the lives of individuals and communities.”

Our vision is to see the Gospel of the Jesus transform every nation, culture, and people group. We strive to restore Jesus’ reign on Earth as it is in Heaven, impacting communities through the power of the Gospel.

Groups of saints committed to praying for people and places, exercising their delegated spiritual authority to see the Kingdom break into their environment.

Community Engagement

Serving communities in practical ways, such as English lessons, or youth sports programs, acting as the hands and feet of Jesus, and building relational bridges to start spiritual conversations.

Discovery Bible Studies

A simple and highly reproducible process designed to make disciples in any environment.

Church Planting

Gathering discovery bible study groups together for corporate worship, practicing the sacraments, and equipping the saints for mission.
